Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To return your item please email email@example.com and include your order number and receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
How can I return my order?
To return your order Cheeky Nutrition please email firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number and receipt or proof of purchase. If the request is made within the 14 days since your purchase we will send you a link to complete an online returns form. Once the form has been completed you will be able to print off your confirmation and labelling.
Please note you will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item(s). We will only refund postage costs for orders where we have; sent you the wrong item or the item is damaged or faulty. After your order has been dispatched your return delivery costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable delivery service or purchasing delivery insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
What happens after I have returned my item(s)?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via the original method of payment, within 10 working days.

If 10 working days have passed since you have received your refund approval email we recommend contacting your bank who will be able to advise when the funds will become available.
Funds can only be refunded via the same payment method you used to complete your order.
Can I send my item back for exchange?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com

Please accept our apologies if you have received a faulty item. We will resolve this issue as soon as possible.
If you have received a faulty item please contact us as soon as possible to advise of the fault so we can advise the next steps.
